Thank you very much for visiting my site!

Let me introduce myself.
My name is Sven Pipjorke and I am 37 years old. After 6 years of studies in Berlin, I now live in Luenen, which is a small town near Dortmund.

I started taking photographs of civil airliners in 1984, using an old Yashica SLR camera and Kodachrome 25/64 slide films. Over the years with using different Nikon and Canon cameras, I bought my first digital SLR camera, the Fuji S2 Pro, in 2002. In September 2004 I sold my last analog camera. Since that date I am fully digital now, using Canon digital SLR cameras with Canon L-lenses from 17 - 400mm and a Nikon film scanner for digitalizing my collection of about 20000 slides.

The main airport I visited for shooting in the first years was Duesseldorf. Since 1988 I made spotting trips to different countries in Europe as well as North America, Hong Kong and Australia. Some of the pictures taken on these trips can be found in the galleries.

Enough talk, take your time and enjoy the galleries.
